The GOD’S
CHILD Project is organizing volunteers to provide emergency disaster
assistance in the flood zones at The GOD'S CHILD Project's US home along the Missouri River in North
Dakota. Volunteers are urgently needed to transport supplies, shovel
sand, fill and stack sandbags, assist area residents to move their
belongings to safer grounds, collect and distribute donated food, and
assist affected families to develop evacuation, housing, and storage
strategies. If you can help, or if you NEED help, please call The GOD'S CHILD Project office at (701) 255-7956.
If
you can make a special donation to help us to cover these unanticipated
emergency expenses, please do. These donations will go toward GCP's disaster relief efforts.
With so much chaos and
uncertainty, The GOD'S CHILD Project encourages those who are in the
affected areas to take inventory on how YOU are doing...inside and
out..this fight will last a while and your physical and mental health
are very important.
The boys and girls of The GOD'S CHILD Project are alive, in school, and healthy because of you.
They are no longer homeless. They are no longer hungry. They no longer need to sell themselves for a warm place to stay.
Please do what you can to help them today.
"When you help a homeless person, or a sick person, You deepen your own relationship with humanity, When we do this, we deepen our relationship with God."
